Release in any form
Some things are easier written. Some are easier said out loud. Text, photos, or a voice note: glimpse takes all three.

glimpse is an anonymous space to release what you're carrying in words, images, or your own voice, and to breathe when you need to come back to yourself.
No profile. No name. No replies.
There are no profiles here. No followers, no history, no name. You are Soul #442384, and so is everyone else.
What you release drifts quietly to others who are awake with something of their own. What comes back isn't advice. It's presence.
How it works

Write it, photograph it, or say it out loud. Whatever form it takes is the right one.

Your story travels anonymously to others. No name, no profile, nothing that leads back to you.

Instead of comments, people send one of three quiet signals: Resonate, With you, Sending peace.
What's inside
Some things are easier written. Some are easier said out loud. Text, photos, or a voice note: glimpse takes all three.

A daily mood check-in that takes a second and asks nothing more of you.

Keep a release private, just for yourself, or let it go to everyone. The choice is yours every single time.

Resonate, With you, Sending peace. Three ways to say "I'm here" without turning your story into a conversation.

glimpse gives you around ten stories a day, and then it stops. New stories arrive tomorrow.
There's no endless feed here, because nothing settles at the bottom of one. When you're done, the app lets you go.
Breathe
Sometimes you don't need to be heard. You just need your body to slow down. Breathe guides you through it with a shape that expands and contracts with your breath, and sound if you want it, or silence if you don't.
Box breathing 4-4-4-4
For when everything is moving too fast.
Belly breathing
For the days that sit heavy.
4-7-8
For the nights that won't end.
The physiological sigh
For the moment before you can think straight.
Your privacy
No name, no profile, no photo. You're a number, and so is everyone else.
Your Soul number changes from time to time. It isn't a permanent handle, and nothing about it is yours to keep or lose.
A release you mark Private is encrypted before it leaves your phone. We store it, and we can't read it.
The only personal detail we ask for is an email address, and only so you can have an account. It's encrypted, it's never shown to anyone, and it never appears beside anything you release.
You can delete what you've released, any time. It leaves other people's feeds too, not just your own.

Free to start. An email is all we ask for.
